vyrd is operated by Evenrud Ventures ENK (organisasjonsnummer 937984170), a business registered in Norway, at Røahagan 37a, Norway. By creating an account or using vyrd, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. vyrd is available to customers worldwide; by using it you confirm that doing so is lawful where you are.
vyrd is an AI-powered tool that helps founders validate business ideas, plan marketing, and track their work. It is a digital service delivered online, and features may change over time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to reverse-engineer, overload, or circumvent any security measures. Do not use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.
Prices are shown on our pricing page. Evenrud Ventures ENK is not currently registered for Norwegian value-added tax (MVA), so prices are charged without Norwegian MVA. If we become MVA-registered, we will update our prices and these terms. For customers outside Norway, any local taxes, duties, or charges that apply to your purchase are your responsibility unless we are legally required to collect them, in which case they will be shown at checkout.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.For any ongoing subscription, we will send you a reminder that the subscription is active, and how to cancel it, at least once every six months. To keep our emails useful rather than noisy, we do not send a separate reminder before each monthly renewal.
We may change the price of a plan. If we increase the price of a plan you are subscribed to, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. The increase only applies from your next renewal on or after that date. You can cancel before it takes effect and you will not be charged the higher price. If you have prepaid for a fixed term (for example, an annual plan) and we increase the price during that term, you may cancel and receive a refund of the unused portion of what you prepaid, calculated pro rata.
Certain features consume credits. Within 30 days of your first subscription payment, on request by email, we will refund the value of the credits you have not yet used, calculated from your remaining credit balance at the time of the request. Habit tools and any understanding vyrd has accumulated are not credit-based and are not part of the refund. This guarantee applies once per person, not once per account: we may refuse refunds where accounts are created repeatedly to claim it, including where payment details, devices, or usage patterns indicate the same person behind multiple accounts. Where we suspect fraud or financial exploitation of the guarantee, the refund will not be processed and the account will be permanently suspended. After the refund period, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or under section 7 above.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA (including Norway), you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. Because vyrd is a digital service that begins immediately, by starting to use it you ask us to begin performance during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Independently of this, we offer the 30-day refund guarantee in section 8, which is more generous than the statutory right for most users.
You retain ownership of everything you put into vyrd: your ideas, notes, business information, and the observations and outcomes you record.The content vyrdgenerates for you — analyses, content ideas, drafts, and summaries — is yours to use for your business. Generated output is produced with third-party AI models (see our Privacy Policy) and is subject to those providers' terms; you do not acquire any rights in the models themselves, and comparable output may be generated for other users.The business knowledge vyrd derives from your inputs — what it learns about your business and the confidence it assigns to each learning — is likewise yours. You can export your data from your Profile at any time, and deleting your account removes it.You remain responsible for your business decisions and for anything you choose to publish. vyrd's outputs are advisory; the choice to act on them, and to post any marketing content it drafts, is yours.We retain ownership of the platform, its code, and its brand.
The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that any business advice or AI output is accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, vyrd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited under the mandatory law that applies to you.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and disputes are subject to the ordinary Norwegian courts. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer-law rules of your country of residence, and you may also bring your complaint to the relevant consumer dispute body. Consumers in the EU/EEA can use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Changes to prices are governed by section 7.
