vyrd is an AI-powered tool that helps founders validate business ideas, plan marketing, and track milestones. Features may change over time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to reverse-engineer, overload, or circumvent any security measures. Do not use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.
Certain features consume credits. Your first subscription payment is fully refundable within 30 days of first subscribing, on request by email and with no conditions. This guarantee applies once per person, not once per account: we may refuse refunds where accounts are created repeatedly to claim it, including where payment details, devices, or usage patterns indicate the same person behind multiple accounts. Where we suspect fraud or financial exploitation of the guarantee, the refund will not be processed and the account will be permanently suspended. After the refund period, payments are non-refundable except where required by law; cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access through the period you paid for. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.
You retain ownership of any content you create using vyrd. We retain ownership of the platform, its code, and its brand.
The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that any business advice or AI output is accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, vyrd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
