Support

The fastest way to get help is an email to support@vyrd.ai. Vyrd is run by one founder in Norway, and every email is read by a person.

To help us answer quickly, include:

• the email address you use to sign in,
• what you were trying to do, and what happened instead,
• for a connected source, which one (Stripe, Google Analytics, or Vercel) and any message the widget shows.

Never send us passwords, API keys, or tokens. We will never ask for them.

Questions about payments, plans, or the refund guarantee go to billing@vyrd.ai. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing.

On your Today dashboard you can connect sources that Vyrd reads from to show your numbers. Setup guides:

• PostHog: visitors, traffic sources, and top pages.
• Vercel: site status and deployments.
• ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini: use Vyrd from the AI app you already use.

To stop Vyrd reading a source, open Today → Sources and choose Disconnect. That deletes the stored access and every cached number from that source.

You can delete your account from Settings. Privacy questions go to contact@vyrd.ai. See the privacy policy and terms of service.
